About LOCH
We’re Michelle and Matthew Harris, and real estate has been our life’s work. Between us, we’ve managed commercial real estate investments and residential properties, leased homes, closed acquisitions, flipped houses, led renovations, and built new homes from the ground up.
It runs in our families, too. On both sides we come from home builders, renovators, flippers, brokers, property managers, and appraisers. That breadth shapes every LOCH project: new construction and historic renovation, crafted with the eye of builders, investors, and neighbors.
